what we did

EchoEco is one of the fastest growing home air conditioning suppliers in the UK. Their reputation is based on exceptional service, workmanship and product quality.

A national brand created from the ground up

We were faced with a unique challenge to create a brand with national appeal from the ground up. This included developing a website that was easy to use for a wide age demographic, generated instant quotations and offered a wealth of information without being overwhelming to the customer.

User friendly, user centric design

We developed a bespoke online quote tool that, whilst being incredibly powerful with distance calculations and over 1 million possible product combinations, is also remarkably simple to understand and use by customers. Quotes for multi-room bespoke air conditioning installations can be generated in under 3 minutes and allow instant booking and purchasing.

Marketing strategy with bite

As a challenger brand to 3 existing quote-to-buy providers, we needed to set EchoEco apart from the competition with marketing that demonstrated the benefit of an air conditioning specialist, rather than those offering it as an add-on service. We also highlighted the superior product range and expansive varierty that the competition doesn’t offer.
