A quality website & app experience for guests
We were tasked with finding more efficient ways to manage guest interactions, marketing and communications throughout the camp. We also needed a solution to the transport logistics of getting guests to and from the festival every day, managing catering requirements and security implications to ensure the camp site stayed secure.
Guest-first design methodology
Learning from guest feedback forms from previous years, we identified the need for stronger, more structured communication with guests before, during and after the festival. Working out when the next shuttle bus was arriving was perhaps the most obvious issue, so we decided that a guest app utilising geo-fencing, live tracking of buses and estimated guests queueing, was the best solution.
One unified platform, fully integrated
We provided Sanctum Village with a website that gathered all of the data required from guests in their own time, removing multiple Google Forms and printed spreadsheets. Guest dietary requirements were gathered in advance and provided to chefs. WiFi access on site was tokenised from the guest info, so no sign-ins required, and we introduced new revenue opportunities such as “order to tent” and “charge to tent” to help keep the site cashless.
“Working with Lost was a pleasure from start to finish. They broke a huge overall project down into manageable blocks that allowed us to launch our brand, website and signage within a matter of months, which likely would have taken us years otherwise. We look forward to continuing our work with Lost for many years to come.”
